Please provide the following information. We will contact you to schedule a lab. Please allow two business days to schedule your appointment.
Please schedule within XCEL Center Hours. Plan for a half-hour appointment. Please provide three time/date preferences - we will confirm a time with you based on staffing and our schedule.
For Mock Interviews please note that appointments can only be made during the following times:
- Monday 12:00-1:00pm; 2:30-4:00pm
- Tuesday 3:00-5:30pm
- Wednesday 12:00-1:00pm; 2:30-3:30pm; 4:00-6:00pm
- Thursday 1:00-3:00pm; 4:30-5:30pm
- Friday 11:00-3:00pm
