- How has this person taken an extremely active role in this chapter's development?
- How has this person gone “above and beyond” in his or her role as an advisor?
- How has this person supported the development of the chapter and its members?
- How has the chapter supported numerous local area service projects?
- How has the chapter helped the community in terms of items, services, or monetary donations?
- With how many community service projects has the chapter been involved?
- How many people were involved with the community service projects, and how many hours were served overall?
- What overall impact has this chapter had in the community?
- What kinds of incentive programs, scholarship awards, or other types of efforts have been implemented to promote member scholarship?
