Overview
The “Learn to Lead”
Workshop Series is back and better than ever! “Learn to Lead” now features 30
workshops, and 3 different certificate levels! Students can complete a
certificate over the course of multiple semesters, or certificates can be
completed in one semester! Workshops and certificates are designed to help you
reach your leadership potential, whether you are a new student just starting out
or a senior ready to graduate! We truly believe that there is something for
everyone!
Why should you participate?
There are many, many reasons why you should get invovled with the "Learn to Lead" Workshop Series!
Personal
Development - College is a time to grow, try new things, and learn more
about yourself! Our workshops are geared towards helping you challenge yourself
and develop a greater sense of self awareness.
Help your
organizations - If you are a member of an organization, attending the Learn
to Lead workshops will help you be a more intentional leader! There is even a
track dedicated to Organization Leadership! Get information and perspective that
can help your group become more efficient.
Professional
Development - Many employers are looking for college graduates who have
leadership experience. A certificate from the "Learn to Lead" series will not
only look great on your resume, but you'll have additional experience and
knowledge to convey through your interviews.
Pick your
Theme - Leadership exists in many facets and can be viewed through multiple
lenses. The "Learn to Lead" Workshop Series currently offers 4 different themes,
so you can focus in on the topics that interest you.
Leadership that
fits in your Schedule - Workshops are offered at many different times
throughout the semester, so you can find time in your week to attend! Don't have
enough workshops to complete your certificate? Don't sweat it! Certificates can
be completed in one semester, or can be completed over the course of your
academic career!
